Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name; worship the Lord in the splendor of holiness. - Psalm 29:2
Our sole aim in worship is to glorify God. We seek to honor him in all we do as we gather in the name of Jesus each Lord’s Day. Therefore we are committed to incorporating into our worship only those elements which God has prescribed in his Word. Each Sunday we sing praise to God, seek his face in prayer, bring offerings, and read and preach his Word. It is also our practice to periodically be reminded of the content and historical rootedness of our faith by making use of the church’s historic creeds and confessions. On the first and 5th Sundays of each month we celebrate the Lord’s Supper. It is our joy to administer baptism whenever called for.
Music is an important part of our weekly worship. We desire our musical praise to be done skillfully, reverently, and joyfully. If you have any interest in knowing how you might serve in the worship ministry please contact Burress McCombe.
